We had problems with hot water, a room without curtains that block out light in the morning and poor heating.Very good location, but being close to bars, the music at night feels very loud on the weekend.Very clean, good breakfast. Ali Palmer: The hotel was very average. The staff was pretty attentive overall, but the cleanliness was very mediocre at best. When we arrived to our room, the bathroom still had a soap wrapper in the shower and the toilet seat was shaking was we sat on it. The shower was not the warmest and tended to flood a little. The beds were pretty good though. Also, the breakfast area looks lovely in the pictures, however on the adjacent building there is trash littered on the roof, which was quite unappealing. The breakfast buffet time was the most inconvenient time for tourists who are exploring the city, with a time of 7-8:30am. Also, the lock to our room was also jiggly, which felt insecure and could have easily been broken into.

Sumit Shrestha: Loved this hotel. The hospitality was perfect. The location was in perfect location. The old style building at the reception was really speaking of the colonial past of this city. The rooms themselves were of average size. The paintings on the walls were really good. The decor on the reception reminded me of the past something I wanted to experience in Arequipa. Highly recommended if you’re in this city. They even provided with box breakfast at four in the morning, which was something new for us on our two weeks trip all across peru.

Beyby Yhossell Rivera Palma: I stayed 2 nights at the hotel, the lousy reception staff have no treatment, they are not able to help you with your luggage and they don't even greet you, the rooms were a little better, the only good thing I remember about that hotel is the staff breakfast, always attentive and friendly. Manly Matt Schulman: Highly recommended. Although almost every hotel we stayed in on our Peru trip was a Casa Andina property, this was the best of them. The location is close enough to the center of town to be easily walkable, but out of its busiest area. It is beautiful and welcoming, and the staff was helpful and polite. As a side note, we came with rudimentary Spanish, but didn't need it here -- the staff's English was far better than our Spanish. The breakfast was impressive, even including a pleasant performance by a local musician. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and they even included a little nosh as a treat for our anniversary. Certainly a fine place to stay when you visit Arequipa.

Deb Reyes: Wonderful hotel in a fantastic location. The hotel is locted in a historic house which was renovated in a classy way being modern yet respectful of it's history. The staff was amazing, attentive of every detail and very willing to accommodate our every need. The terrace with a view of the volcanoes is spectacular, with very complete breakfast and all you can drink tea and coffee assortment. Upon our departure, a guest in my party forgot a silver bracelet, the staff proceeded to call us and did every effort to return it. Very highly recommended!

Liliana Trapp: Very good experience at Palla Boutique Hotel. The very attentive staff from the reception make you feel at home. The room had a view of a parking lot but the rooftop of the hotel is something else. Appreciating the Sunset with a few cocktails is unforgettable. Good quality of the bedding and the heating needs to be turned on because the room was somewhat freezing. The breakfast very good. Totally recommended.
