Ebert Gustavo Aponte Valdiviezo: Casa Andina Private Collection Arequipa is built on the old Casa de la Moneda, a national historic monument built in 1794, which makes our hotel more of a living museum than a hotel. Its strategic location just a few blocks from Arequipa's Plaza de Armas make it the ideal option for business travelers and tourists. It has 40 rooms – 100% non-smoking, including an Imperial Suite and two Senior Suites.

Elizabeth liz: Very expensive and regular flavors of the food, I could only go back for the place
Hugo Andres Gomero Guerra: Very good attention, since I arrived. Very friendly hotel staff. The buffet breakfast service is very good as always. It is always comfortable to stay at Casa Andina.
Tino Basso: The excellent service. Everyone very attentive. The rooms could be better for a 5 ⭐.The precise location.
Manuel Borja: Nice hotel with good location and excellent service!
Manly Matt Schulman: Highly recommended. Although almost every hotel we stayed in on our Peru trip was a Casa Andina property, this was the best of them. The location is close enough to the center of town to be easily walkable, but out of its busiest area. It is beautiful and welcoming, and the staff was helpful and polite. As a side note, we came with rudimentary Spanish, but didn't need it here -- the staff's English was far better than our Spanish. The breakfast was impressive, even including a pleasant performance by a local musician. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and they even included a little nosh as a treat for our anniversary. Certainly a fine place to stay when you visit Arequipa.

Deb Reyes: Wonderful hotel in a fantastic location. The hotel is locted in a historic house which was renovated in a classy way being modern yet respectful of it's history. The staff was amazing, attentive of every detail and very willing to accommodate our every need. The terrace with a view of the volcanoes is spectacular, with very complete breakfast and all you can drink tea and coffee assortment. Upon our departure, a guest in my party forgot a silver bracelet, the staff proceeded to call us and did every effort to return it. Very highly recommended!
roselin cepeda: I chose this hotel because of the location, the view from the terrace and the good score it had on booking but when I was staying and eating I realized that the food and drink menu was very limited and the restaurant and terrace service closed at 9pm.It is not a very busy hotel. It was a quiet and safe stay.
Jaime Manuel Santillana Reyna: Extraordinary service, very good rooms and in a quiet area and close to the city center.
Alejandra K: Excellent experience, The staff has a perfect treatment, very helpful and cares about making the guest feel better than at home. The facilities go hand in hand with good treatment and the location very close to the main square allows you to go on foot to visit the iconic site of the white city.
Javier Alva: Excellent facilities, very elementary service, good breakfast but not enough staff to attend to, they actually make an effort, but good wishes do not replace training
Patrizia De Filippis: Molto elegante in una ottima posizione, centrale
Pierre BERIA: Je suis situé.Bonnes prestations
Pablo Casals Vilar: Very nice boutique hotel in the heart of Arequipa. The room was very spacious and beautiful. They left us a detail for our honeymoon!Highly recommended.
Chris Herzog: Good hotel with very clean rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We really appreciated this services. One little downside was, that our room was small for the price of the hotel.

Liliana Trapp: Very good experience at Palla Boutique Hotel. The very attentive staff from the reception make you feel at home. The room had a view of a parking lot but the rooftop of the hotel is something else. Appreciating the Sunset with a few cocktails is unforgettable. Good quality of the bedding and the heating needs to be turned on because the room was somewhat freezing. The breakfast very good. Totally recommended.
Martijn Schoenmaker: Really nice hotel. Great breakfast on the rooftop terrace and super friendly personal. We only stayed one night, but I do recommend staying at least two nights over hereRooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Rowdy Bryant: Mooi hotel.
Anonymous: We stayed one night at Palla Boutique Hotel and enjoyed it to the fullest! The hotel has an amazing design, beautifully furnished rooms that are very clean and have everything you need to feel home away from home. Staff is very friendly and attentive at any time. We also discovered the breathtaking rooftop which is most probably the only 360° view rooftop in Arequipa with an amazing view on the Andean mountains!I encourage everyone that have an overnight stay in Arequipa to book Palla! It was an unforgettable stay and we look forward to come back soon.
Kévin Marin: Stunning rooftop with panoramic view of surrounding. Locations at walking distance from city center is perfect and common area is really nice with apparent typical volcanic white stone. But our rooms had no view, very noisy fridge and lots of problems with hot water. Unacceptable for this price. Staff was really helpful and friendly however

Alfonso Perez: We stayed three nights. It is an old tambo completely renovated and decorated with great taste. The room was big and very clean and pretty. The breakfast was very abundant and with lots of fruit. Excellent service at reception. I highly recommend it.
Alex Paiva Rampazzo: Hotel maravilhoso em Arequipa. Vale muito a estadia. Quartos amplos e arejados, localização excelente e o café da manhã é fantástico. Melhor opção em Arequipa.
Christhian Sanchez: very good placeRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Txema Jimenez: Very careful and with good attention from its workers. They offer breakfast overlooking the city
Alberto Villacrez: A beautifully remodeled house, very cozy, with a great view from the terrace and great attention.
Ian FERNANDEZ RODRIGUEZ: My room was small and kind of claustrophobic, with no windows whatsoever, only the access door to the inner patio. This opressing feeling is increased by the lack of privacy, as you need to enter through a small reception and ask for the key everytime you go in or out.Bed was uncomfortable and for some reason I was unable to sleep well.I believe the place lacks some amenities and certeanly a touch to be considered as a boutique hotel. The place is beautiful, with solid rock walls, but some details are overlooked and the whole guest experience is a bit deceiving. The staff, on the other hand,is outstanding and they will do everything in their hands to make you have a pleasant stay.
Domenic Federici: Great hostoric rooms. Thiughtful staff.
Liz Perez: Everyone was incredibly nice, helpful, and friendly. Service was spectacular. We stayed at the King suite with Terrace. It had a nice view of the Misti and cute little terrace. The room was updated and bathroom with an amazing shower and great water pressure. Breakfast was also very nice and complete with fresh juices, eggs, fruit, freshly baked bread, Avocado, pancakes, etc. The area for us was good, it was close to the main plaza without being right on it, which we prefer.
Ian Boggio Woll: Excellent facilities, restored house. Attention it is A1, distance about 10 minutes walking from the main square. Spacious and comfortable rooms.
Alexis Paparo: We stayed 3 nights and could't sleep well neither one night. The hotel is aestetically nice but the rooms have no soundproof and you can hear everything: the rooster from the field nearby every morning at 6 am, traffic, doorbell at 4 am, steps because our room (The Junior suite) was exactly below the terrace where they serve breakfast. Since the hotel is not cheap at all, the hotel is not value for money at all. If you have a heavy sleep I think your experience will be different. Also, WiFi doesn't work very good, we asked 3 times to fix it and them we got tired to ask.
marisol bouillon: A place super close to the Plaza de Armas but without the noise and movement that is in the center itself, super beautiful and takes you back in time due to the details and architecture, but with modern comforts, I recommend it 100%
Javier Christe: 80 usd a night and there is no hot water in the shower…
santiago correa gandia: Good hotel, I think it is new and it shows since they have little staff and that sometimes makes the reception unattended. The room was fine, the only fault is that there was no hand soap in the bathroom and the water ran out little by little in both the sink and the shower.

Carlos Andrade: The good:Excellent location, very friendly staff, comfortable rooms and always very clean. To improve:The breakfast is very basic, the soap and the PH in the bathroom must be of better quality, the sheets are very hard and the pillows are not comfortable. In any case, for short stays it is an excellent place.
Gloria Garcia: Very noise, and they keep waking me up early in the morning for breakfast. Also they charged me extra for 1 dirty towel.Cold place at night, not enough info on places where to eat.Workers always on the way, give us space.Uncomfortable, not able to use it in the future.Rooms: cold, no elevator

Very friendly staff and excellent service, even after having checked out. Its breakfast buffet very varied and rich. Only point to improve: the TV channels are only national and with little signal.

May Muhtadi: We had a brilliant experience at CIRQA and it is undeniably the best hotel we stayed in Peru. It is the perfect place to unwind, relax and pamper yourself (especially after a tour or trek!). The attention to detail, from the architecture to the luxury amenities have been well thought of and makes this a truly unique hotel stay. I was also so impressed with the service as the staff are extremely attentive and friendly and really makes you feel well-looked after. They also gave us some great recommendations on places to go in the area and on excursions. We will definitely be coming back to stay here one day and also can’t wait to try out its sister hotel in Lake Titikaka.
Federico Martin Botta Aramburu: I loved the stay and the hotel seems excellent. I think they have a very good service, attention to detail and not to mention the gastronomy. I congratulate you for the great work you do daily! Today, more than ever after the pandemic, good service in hotels is noticeable.
Sharon Telesca Feurer: A thoughtful reimagining of a 1540 monastery, honoring its historic UNESCO protected site with contemporary touches. The decor is sublime. The staff, warm and welcoming. It is a respite in Arequipa a block or so from the center square.
The Best place in town !
Santiago Le Jeune: Fantastic stay at CIRQA, beautiful hotel a block away from the main square. The service was impeccable and the restaurant serves some of the best food in Arequipa in a secluded setting. Highly recommend the smoked trout for breakfast!
Alejandro Rodriguez: Brilliant architecture, great food and exceptional service!!!
Mikołaj Valencia: Restaurant - Charming place for a romantic supper or just wine. Nice food but way less charming than the place. Expensive wine selection. Nice and careful staff. Mixed feelings at the end.
Jia Jin Low: I knew it was going to be a great stay from the moment we were greeted at the airport. The driver handed us cold towels to cool off, and proceeded to fish out two bottles of cold mineral water for the short car ride to the hotel. The design of the hotel was beautiful as well. Architecturally, this is probably the most stunning hotel in Arequipa. The parador has a real sense of place, and there’s no mistaking which city you’re staying in when cooling off in the courtyard, surrounded by white walls. The only niggle was that the pool was really awkward — too small to properly swim in, it was like a plunge pool but out in public for all to see. Well, that and the fact that there’s no mechanised way to close the light vents on the ceiling of the room. There’s a generosity and attention to detail in the service that mark this as a true luxury hotel. Snacks and drinks were readily given when hanging out at the rooftop bar. Preferences for still/sparkling water were remembered. After checking out, they realised that we had left one pair of pants behind, and instantly sent a taxi driver to the airport to hand us that one pair of pants. We were safely reunited 🙂. My only service nitpick was that there was once where we were on the rooftop bar, but no one was there for 10mins. But it wasn’t a big issue, I helped myself to cookies.Overall, Cirqa was a good value considering what was provided, despite being the most expensive hotel in town. It’ll be my choice if I return to Arequipa.

Robert Yost: Incredible boutique hotel. Amazing staff and superior meals. Highly recommend!
Miquel Ramis Munar: The hotel is located in a former convent in the city of Arequipa. The hotel preserves its white volcanic stone block walls and integrates modern touches without breaking with tradition. The hotel is associated with Relais & Chateu and meets expectations. The service is excellent, to highlight the waitress Alejandra. The hotel restaurant is also very good. The location is unbeatable, very close to the city's main square.

Earth Explorer: Our stay at Cirqa was nice for sightseeing and having a cocktail there but definitely not for spending the night. A reasonable opinion from someone who travels a lot:The old monastery is an idyllic place but bad for your health in terms of rooms. The humid rooms spread a moldy air that hits your lungs. After contacting the manager, he was able to tell that this problem has been known from the beginning of the hotel's existence. Reason would be because they are old foundations. As long as this problem is not solved the customers are stuck with the misery and they not only pay a lot of money but also pay with their health. After 3 nights we felt so bad that we wanted to go somewhere else. Too bad business is more important than health because the hotel did not allow us to cancel the last 4th night. Cirqa wanted us to believe it was because of the altitude. We then went to a Belmond Hotel in Colca Canyon and after 1 night the difference was already positive even though Colca Canyon is higher! The restaurant is particularly noisy because the adjacent Church has some kind of fan that makes an immense noise non-stop.Furthermore, it has no spa.The masseurs are hired amateurs who clearly have no expertise. They are sweet but that's about it. Massaging on the bones is never okay. The pool unfortunately had a maintenance during our stay. But did look nice.Breakfast is limited and only until 9am. With much effort they wanted to stay open until 9:30.Electricity in the suite number 1 did not always work well. Some switches gave a short circuit, one time the lights worked, the other time not. Maybe the humidity had something to do with it too?Mirella at the reception is a rude lady who felt personally attacked and went to justify herself. Which was funny on the one hand but very inappropriate and amateurish. At first she didn't even want to give the contact details of her superior. Through another channel I did manage to receive it.The manager, Tias Rvas, was also of no use as she was hiding behind the policy of the hotel. Her solution was to give us European tourists a voucher within a month. As if we would return so soon. A false solution in other words. To end on a positive note, the restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was delicious. The hotel is a gem in photographs, good for on instagram. Hence, it is nice to have a drink there but that's about it.Best regards
Alonso del Carpio: Its luxury facilities show the typical architecture of the white city, with elements such as ashlar, stone floors, wood and iron details and furniture...a cozy atmosphere, highly recommended for a romantic dinner. Its menu is somewhat reduced but its flavor is exquisite and its presentation is very good, its prices for drinks are somewhat high, but they taste good, and with quality ingredients. The attention is very good, you will feel that they enjoy helping you with whatever you need, be encouraged to visit it.Safety: La puerta está normalmente cerrada y la calle no es muy segura por el tráfico y la ubicación, deberían tener la puerta abierta o el vigilante debería estar fuera para tranquilidad de quienes llegan al hotel.
