The entire team at Tierra Viva in Arequipa (and Lima Miraflores) has been nothing but accommodating in taking care of little things, like storing our luggage when we were out of town AND bringing it upstairs without being asked, being greeted at the door, courtesy chocolates and fantastic (and included) breakfast service. The rooms are well appointed and quaint but stylishly furnished. People make the difference and the staff's kindness was remarkable. Deb Reyes: Wonderful hotel in a fantastic location. The hotel is locted in a historic house which was renovated in a classy way being modern yet respectful of it's history. The staff was amazing, attentive of every detail and very willing to accommodate our every need. The terrace with a view of the volcanoes is spectacular, with very complete breakfast and all you can drink tea and coffee assortment. Upon our departure, a guest in my party forgot a silver bracelet, the staff proceeded to call us and did every effort to return it. Very highly recommended!
