Jordan Kazakov: Does not deliver to its full potential. We were in the king suite on the first floor. The jacuzzi in the room did not work. The ceiling light in the room has residual glow in the dark which is annoying if you like dark room to sleep. The noice insulation is quite poor and hallway and street noise easily transmitted in the room. The breakfast stops at 9 am so forget about sleeping late.

The owners were extremely helpful and nice.We were even upgraded to a larger room at no extra cost since my partner is pregnant and we were carrying many bags!I read some bad reviews here but seems that they are all from the same person or group of people trying to degrade the hotel.I guess they might have had some issues but for us everything was perfect!Really recommend and will definitely come back next time we are in Arequipa!Hotel located on a quiet street but also not far from city center, only a 10 min walk.
