The attention was friendly and fast.However, they DO NOT have to pay with a POS card despite having several announcements that you can pay with these means. Which was quite inconvenient at the exit because we did not have cash in that amount and we only had a card. This occurred during the altercations caused by the arrest of the Corrupt Castle. So we were stuck in the city for more days than originally planned and with less money for this. Ayman: We arrived to be told that our booking was not possible due to someone else making a booking a few weeks ago. They nonetheless accommodated us for a night. This caused undue stress, as we had to find a place at short notice. The following day, we were told that the same person who booked our room had cancelled, and that our original booking could go ahead. This was all too coincidental. At this stage we had already found alternative arrangements, but it felt like the staff had been dishonest.

Le jeune homme travaillant cette nuit là nous accueille et nous fait payer seulement la nuit suivante car il s’agit d’un « early checking » forcément nous sommes ravis!Le lendemain en rentrant de balade, l’employée d’accueil nous agresse directement en nous disant que l’on doit payer (le early checking) bien évidement nous cherchons à comprendre pourquoi alors que son collègue nous a dit l’inverse… elle s’énerve, devient limite agressive et hautaine. L’erreur vient de son collègue et elle s’en prend à nous comme ci nous étions des voleurs. Quelle belle mentalité… l’ambiance est vraiment malsaine. Cette fille ne nous a plus dit bonjour du séjour (même pas une réponse) Quelle mentalité ! Je crois qu’elle n’a pas compris ce que c’est que de travailler dans le tourisme..Je ne reviendrai en aucun cas dans cette hostel!Dommage car l’auberge en elle-même n’est pas si mal

This opressing feeling is increased by the lack of privacy, as you need to enter through a small reception and ask for the key everytime you go in or out.Bed was uncomfortable and for some reason I was unable to sleep well.I believe the place lacks some amenities and certeanly a touch to be considered as a boutique hotel. The place is beautiful, with solid rock walls, but some details are overlooked and the whole guest experience is a bit deceiving.The staff, on the other hand,is outstanding and they will do everything in their hands to make you have a pleasant stay.

Liz Perez: Everyone was incredibly nice, helpful, and friendly. Service was spectacular. We stayed at the King suite with Terrace. It had a nice view of the Misti and cute little terrace. The room was updated and bathroom with an amazing shower and great water pressure. Breakfast was also very nice and complete with fresh juices, eggs, fruit, freshly baked bread, Avocado, pancakes, etc. The area for us was good, it was close to the main plaza without being right on it, which we prefer.

Since the hotel is not cheap at all, the hotel is not value for money at all. If you have a heavy sleep I think your experience will be different.Also, WiFi doesn't work very good, we asked 3 times to fix it and them we got tired to ask.

Matheus: Horrível !!! Simplesmente um hostel com música altissima até 3 horas da manhã não deixando os hóspedes dormirem.Não recomendo a ninguém!! De todos os Selinas que fiquei esse foi o único que tive experiência ruim.
