Jason Ames: Mi madre está teniendo la peor experiencia con este gimnasio, todo a raíz de un cobro indebido por el año de pandemia que no fue, son más de 500 soles que quieren cobrarle. Supuestamente dicen que le llegó un e-mail pidiendo que cancele su cuenta y no le llegó nada, no pidieron tiempo de respuesta simplemente dice que ya enviaron la notificación y ni se preocuparon si realmente había llegado. Da la impresión que parece que les han robado dinero asi varios. Hasta hoy debe una supuesta deuda de un error administrativo suyo ¿No se les ocurre que al menos le han debido informar por una llamada sobre el cierre de servicio? Ahora no se puede contratar nuevamente con el servicio hasta que pague algo que no ha consumido, me parece una estafa.
