Deb Reyes: Wonderful hotel in a fantastic location. The hotel is locted in a historic house which was renovated in a classy way being modern yet respectful of it's history. The staff was amazing, attentive of every detail and very willing to accommodate our every need. The terrace with a view of the volcanoes is spectacular, with very complete breakfast and all you can drink tea and coffee assortment. Upon our departure, a guest in my party forgot a silver bracelet, the staff proceeded to call us and did every effort to return it. Very highly recommended!

Liliana Trapp: Very good experience at Palla Boutique Hotel. The very attentive staff from the reception make you feel at home. The room had a view of a parking lot but the rooftop of the hotel is something else. Appreciating the Sunset with a few cocktails is unforgettable. Good quality of the bedding and the heating needs to be turned on because the room was somewhat freezing. The breakfast very good. Totally recommended.

Tigi Saron Manfroi: This hotel is one of the best and busiest hotels for its location, with enough space and cleanliness. We have traveled to many places, but we have never seen workers as arrogant as the ones that work in this specific hotel. Without Roberto from the reception and José from the restaurant, this hotel would have been the worst place to stay.But I don't want to leave without mentioning the view of the cathedral from that point is impeccable especially at night.

Samson Wong: Probably known as one of the best hotels in Arequipa. The hotel has been around for a while and sits just on the outskirts of the main town. It’s about a 15 min walk into the main attractions. Although a little dated, the room was comfortable and spacious. Shower was a little weak but fine. Breakfast was a large spread with a lot of options buffet style. They have a large turtle in the grounds too. Staff super friendly! The chap who picked us up from the airport was incredible (Edwin?).

The Alto Selva Alegre district, as its name indicates, is BEHIND the urbanization going up Av. La Marina and was created with that name on purpose of being at the back of the Urbanization, as has been said. Sumit Shrestha: Loved this hotel. The hospitality was perfect. The location was in perfect location. The old style building at the reception was really speaking of the colonial past of this city. The rooms themselves were of average size. The paintings on the walls were really good. The decor on the reception reminded me of the past something I wanted to experience in Arequipa. Highly recommended if you’re in this city. They even provided with box breakfast at four in the morning, which was something new for us on our two weeks trip all across peru.

Jordan Kazakov: Does not deliver to its full potential. We were in the king suite on the first floor. The jacuzzi in the room did not work. The ceiling light in the room has residual glow in the dark which is annoying if you like dark room to sleep. The noice insulation is quite poor and hallway and street noise easily transmitted in the room. The breakfast stops at 9 am so forget about sleeping late.
Carmen Torres Villarreal: What a beautiful place, the history and the hosts are very nice, I only stayed one night, although I would love to stay for two more just to enjoy the hotel, the delicious food, the impeccable rooms. Jean Louis is an extraordinary human being and Ana María is super cute. On the menu the soup is delicious and for the main course the cordon bleu, the fettuccini Delis! Do not leave without ordering the Cusco beer, especially if you are a foreigner.

Really this historical area is THE place to stay!Noteworthy details: They have a cute breakfast room and made to order breakfast options were very good. Also a deck off break fast room if you prefer eating outside.Bonus: two excellent rooftop decks. We bought bevvies at the market and loved sitting up there for breaks in the afternoon or evening.They arranged for a very nice transfer car to/from airport. Excellent option.When we went on our 16 hour trek to Colca Canyon that started at 3:30 am they prepared a meal to go for us ready at reception!Kept our luggage after we checked out.All in all excellent service. Very good value

Ella Bella: Sehr sauber. Zimmer liegen ruhig. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Lage top. Frühstück ist okay (kleine Portionen).
