4worldlovers: We invite you to participate in this two hours, "HANDS ON", fun, cooking activity in Arequipa, a city where cooking and eating are some of the most important activities for locals!.

You and the small group will prepare HANDS - ON, your Peruvian recipe under the direction of our instructors. No cooking experience is needed. Just good attitude and hunger!.

Learn about Peruvian history and culture, while you prepare your own Peruvian Meal. Feast it and share your impressions.

And once back home repeat the experience with your beloveds. Excellent way to remember your travel experiences in Peru.


A taste of Arequipa's regional cuisine. "Solterito" salad and "Rocoto Relleno", the emblematic local recipe.


Popular Peruvian recipes. "Lomo Saltado" and the colorful "Causa". A lot of fun, great pictures and nice meal.

We are very happy to meet you and to share with you an incredible afternoon.


We are a local couple and we are very excited to be able to share with you our traditions, customs that we still keep, secrets of yesteryear and of course, the magical world of Peruvian food and gastronomy.

We are proud to be the best tourist experience in Arequipa and Peru, thanks to trust in us, giving us the experience and ability to serve you the best.

Here you will learn from a Chef with more than 17 years of experience in the sector, who will guide you step by step in the preparation of the dishes and will also teach you about our culture and traditions that we preserve to this day.

We have prepared a complete cooking class for you, where we will not only prepare the traditional dish, because you will learn more than just cooking.

1. Visit to the local market: The experience will begin at 4:00 p.m. We will leave from the meeting point at (Calle Universidad 109 – Cercado “casa amarilla”) from there we will walk to the local market, that will be a brief but very enriching visit because you will not visit a normal touristic market, you will see a real local market and show you how is a normal day from Arequipean people.

We will walk and taste some products from the area, we will be able to take photos and learn a little more about Arequipa and its traditions.

After that, we will return home because there Chef. Patricio will be waiting us to start the cooking classes.

At home, we will start the class with an explanation by Chef Patricio, where he will teach us about the food, traditions and culture.

We will learn beyond how a typical Peruvian dish are made, also you will learn about the different products, their features, how to use them, where they are from and we will also taste them.

Ready to start cooking? Perfect, lets take our places and start.

Remember that this experience is 100% practical, therefore, the Chef’s will help you prepare step by step the 2 dishes (starter dish and main course) which you must choose from our menu at the time of booking.

The chef will be your guide, but each person will prepare their own dish and while we have fun recreating these dishes, you will be able to solve any question or doubts you have and Chef Patricio will be very happy to help you; This will be a fun and learning moment among friends.

Here we will eat what we had prepared, we will assemble our plate and we will go to our destined section to set, relax and eat.

Our classes are easily adaptable; You only have to inform us about it at the time of purchase, in the ALLERGIES section.

While we finish eating, we will learn step by step, in a very simple and didactic way, how to prepare our flagship cocktail, the famous Pisco Sour.

This cocktail is very famous and traditional for us, you will learn about the ingredients and and how to make, so at the final you will be able to prepare by you own at home.

5. Extra surprise: we are already Approaching the end of this experience

We have already eaten, drunk and of course learned a lot about Peruvian culture and gastronomy, so now conclude this experience, but not before giving you the recipe book with the preparations we made, send you the picture we took during the experience and some additional gifts for each of you.
